Service Description

Pacific Batting Lanes Membership Plan Policy 1. Membership Fee: - Each participant is required to pay a monthly membership fee of $300 or $540 for 10 batting cage hrs or 20 hrs respectively. 2. Multiple Participants: - All participants on a lane must have an active subscription to play. Multiple participants are allowed, but each must hold a valid membership. 3. Non-Paying Adult or Youth Policy: - Only one non-paying adult is allowed per lane. - The non-paying adult is not permitted to bat or bowl. They may operate a machine or provide throw-downs. - The use of any hitting bat is strictly prohibited for non-paying adults. A tennis racquet may be allowed solely for wicket-keeping practice. 4. Session Limit: - Members are entitled to play up to 10 or 20 sessions for 2 months depending on the membership plan you choose at checkout. 6. Session Booking: - Members can book their sessions after purchase, either one at a time or in multiple sessions. Simply login and choose your time & lane. - The system will automatically keep track of the member's session count. Policy Notes: - This membership plan takes effect from purchase date. - All participants, including non-paying adults, must adhere to the rules outlined in this policy. - Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of membership without a refund. Renewal Process: - Memberships automatically renew each month. You can Opt Out from your account.
